金城牌防盗机械保险柜操作手册

　　尊敬的用户，感谢您购买并使用金城机械防盗保险柜。金城保险柜始创于1984年，是全国最早的防盗保险柜生产厂家，金城保险柜的制造更侧重于防撬盗技术的提高。请您在使用前仔细阅读本使用手册，并妥善保管，如有不明，请及时咨询经销商或本公司售后服务部门。

　　结构特点

　　l 门板采用10mm厚优质钢板，壁板、侧板均采用6mm厚优质钢板，钢板与钢板之间采用45度破口连续焊接技术，保证了柜体结构的坚固性。

　　l 门缝间隙不大于1mm，防止窃贼通过门缝破坏保险柜。

　　l 机械密码锁防摸号防听号，防止窃贼技术类开启。

　　l 机械钥匙锁采用分体结构，锁头内藏，柜门只留有直径不大于1mm的钥匙插口，防止窃贼破坏钥匙锁后通过锁眼了解柜内结构。

　　l 机械钥匙锁加装防钻片，防止窃贼通过电钻破坏锁结构。

　　l 机械密码锁和机械钥匙锁均加装安全保护装置，防止窃贼暴力破坏。

　　使用操作

　　一. 开门

　　1. 开启密码锁

　　本密码锁由三组号码组成，每组号码由0-99的数字组成，采用机械转动对码的方式打开密码锁。

　　对码顺序为“右三、左二、右一”，只要您正确地将密码牌上的三组密码连续对码操作，就可以顺利的开启密码，操作如下：

　　第一组密码：向右转动号码盘，当第一组密码第三次对准密码锁上的开启标线时，停止转动。

　　第二组密码：从号码盘第一组密码停止位置直接向左转动号码盘，当第二组密码第二次对准开启标线时，停止转动。

　　第三组密码：从号码盘第二组密码停止位置直接向右转动号码盘，当第三组密码第一次对准开启标线时，停止转动。

　　此时，机械密码锁已经开启。

　　▲ 转动号码盘时，必须按照以上操作方法标明的方向及次数对码，每次对码不得超过开启标线，如不慎超过标线，不可回倒，必须重新开始对码操作。

　　▲ 切勿自行改变密码，如需改变，请与经销商或本公司联系。否则，您的产品将无法继续享受我公司的免费售后服务。

　　2.开启分体十字锁

　　将钥匙按照钥匙柄上有标记的一面对准柜门锁头上的红点方向插入钥匙孔，向右转动钥匙到底，分体十字锁锁开启。

　　3.开启保险柜门

　　A. 有手柄保险柜开启方法：

　　待密码锁、分体十字锁开启后，右手旋转钥匙到底的位置不动，左手旋转手柄到底，并向外拉柜门，保险柜门开启。

　　B. 无手柄保险柜开启方法：

　　待密码锁、分体十字锁开启后，右手右手旋转钥匙到底的位置不动，直接向外拉柜门，保险柜门开启。

　　二.锁门

　　A. 有手柄保险柜锁门方法：

　　将手柄旋转至柜门开启状态，关闭柜门，旋转手柄，分体十字锁自动回位，将钥匙拔出，并将号码盘旋转一圈以上，保险柜门锁死。

　　B. 无手柄保险柜锁门方法：

　　确定分体十字锁在开启状态，直接关闭柜门，分体十字锁钥匙自动回位，拔出钥匙，并将号码盘旋转一圈以上，保险柜门锁死。

　　▲ 由于分体十字锁设计为弹性装置，关闭柜门时，必须旋转十字钥匙锁在开启状态才可关闭柜门，否则将不能关闭柜门，并且有可能柜门的烤漆被保险柜锁销撞坏。

　　▲切勿将操作手册和密码牌锁入保险柜内!

　　固定安装

　　选择一个合适的安放位置，按照保险柜背后安装孔的位置在墙壁上钻孔，用本公司提供的涨拴固定。

　　▲ 本公司提供免费上门安装服务，如需安装，请与本公司售后服务部联系。

　　▲ 必须保证安装保险柜的墙为混泥土墙。

　　柜门关不上柜门各锁具不再开启状态请将柜门各锁具置于开启状态，并将手柄也置于开启状态

　　Structure and characteristic:

　　l JinCheng safe’s gate is composed by 10mm high quality armor plate and Safe’s side is composed by 6mm. Between armor plate and armor plate is high strength weld to keep the qualification test specification

　　l An intervening space of gate is less 1mm to guard against theft.

　　l The code locking mechanism is a “ deadlock ” design, and also assures the system cannot be locked without the key-holder’s authority.

　　l The mechanism lock is fission structure. The lock is embedded in the safe gate. The key lockable latch is less 1mm to protect the key structure.

　　l The mechanism lock defend electric drill.

　　二. Open the gate

　　1. Input code

　　The code is composed by three parts, and every parties based on two numbers. Input code is :

　　The three codes input order are right-circle three times, left-circletwo times, then rightone time. If you can input correct code, you will open it. Operation is:

　　First code input：turn right the dial, when the first code is three times in the unlock mark, stop and coming next step.

　　Second code input： turn left the dial, when the second code is two times in the unlock mark, stop and coming next step.

　　Third code：turn right the dial, when the third code is one time in the unlock mark, stop.

　　Now you can open the gate.

　　▲ When you turn on dial, you must keep your operation to correct. You need confirm the correct turn on time and the code is at unlock mark. If your operation is wrong, you must re-operation again from the first step.

　　▲ Please do not change your code by yourselves. If you want to change the code, please connect us. If not, you will give up our after service.

　　2.Turn on the crossing lock

　　Please check the key’s red mark, use the red mark input the latch, then turn right the key until the end. You will open it.

　　3.Open the safe’s gate

　　A. handle safe’s open：

　　When you unlock safe, you will open the safe gate. Please turn on the handle, then forth pull it, the safe’s gate will open.

　　C. Non-handle safe’s open ：

　　When you unlock safe, you will forth pull the safe gate, the safe’s gate will open.

　　二.Lock safe

　　A Handle safe’s lock：

　　When the handle is at the opening position, shut the gate, then turn on the handle to the end and turn on the dial at least one circle and turn on the key until it can pull out from the latch.

　　B. Non-handle safe’s lock：

　　To confirm the key at the opening position, shut the gate, then turn on the key until it can pull out from the latch and turn on the dial at least one circle.

　　▲ You must confirm the key at the opening position when you shut the gate. If not, you will not shut the gate.

　　▲Do not lock code and key in the safe!

　　Installation:

　　After purchasing safe, you need confirm the space for it. If you need rivet safe in wall, please confirm the size, we will provide fasten for it.
